Porcelain flesh
Why do you blush?
I look
But I dare not touch.
My softest embrace
Would leave you crushed.
Your sweetest taste
Would turn me to dust.
A bruise aches longer
Beautiful photos and lovely poem. Thank you.
Oh yeah...I love good poetry and the photos are "frosting on the cake."Write on.
Thanks to you both. Your encouragement means a lot to me. I really do appreciate the kind words!
Your poem is beautiful; it's an excellent capture of the danger yet fragility that is found in nature.
